Ingredienser

  • 350 g Annas mellismix
  • 4 dl yoghurt*

*Välj växtbaserad eller klassisk yoghurt efter behov.

Instruktioner

  • Värm ugnen till 225 grader och sätt in en tom plåt i ugnen.
  • Blanda ihop alla ingredienser i en bunke till en kladdig deg.
  • Tryck ut degen tunt på ett bakplåtspapper med fuktade händer. Välj om du vill göra två tunna pizzor på två plåtar eller en lite tjockare.
  • Toppa pizzan med valfri fyllning.
  • Dra över pizzan med bakplåtspappret på den varma plåten. Grädda i nedre delen av ugnen på 225 grader i ca 25 minuter.
