Äppelkaka

Glutenfri saffranskaka med äpple
Mjuk saffranskaka med söta äppelbitar vända i kanel passar lika bra på hösten som till jul. Kakan går fint att frysa in och är väldigt enkel att baka. Välj gärna mjölkfria mejeriprodukter och sockerfri sötning så passar den de allra flesta.

Ingredients

  • 75 g smör*
  • 1 dl socker*
  • 1,25 dl mjölk*
  • 110 g Annas mjukismix
  • 0,25 g saffran

Fyllning:

  • 2 äpplen
  • 0,5 dl socker*
  • 0,5 tsk kanel

*Välj växtbaserade, sockerfria eller klassiska ingredienser efter behov.

Instructions

  • Vispa smör och socker fluffigt.
  • Tillsätt övriga ingredienser och mixa till en tjock smet med en stavmixer.
  • Bred ut smeten i en form klädd med bakplåtspapper som är ca 17-18 cm i diameter.
  • Skala samt klyfta äpplena och blanda dem med socker och kanel. Tryck sedan ner äppelbitarna tätt i smeten.
  • Grädda mitt i ugnen på 175 grader i ca 25-30 minuter. Låt kakan svalna i formen innan servering.
