De här enkla frallorna med banan bakar du snabbt och enkelt på bara 3 ingredienser: banan, valfri yoghurt och Annas brödmix. Frallorna är naturligt glutenfria, äggfria, utan jäst, utan tillsatt socker och mjölkfria om du väljer växtbaserad yoghurt.

Ingredients

  • 2 dl mosade bananer
  • 4 dl yoghurt*
  • 350 g Annas brödmix

*Välj växtbaserad eller klassisk yoghurt efter behov.

Instructions

  • Mosa bananerna väl med yoghurt och rör sedan i brödmixen till en lös deg.
  • Klicka upp degen i valfria portionsformar.
  • Grädda frallorna i nedre delen av ugnen på 175 grader i ca 40 minuter. Känn med en provsticka, den ska vara helt torr.
  • Låt frallorna svalna helt på galler.
