Med Annas mjukismix bakar du snabbt och enkelt den här mumsiga brownien. Receptet är glutenfritt, äggfritt och utan tillsatt socker. Välj växtbaserat smör så blir kakan även mjölkfri och vegansk. Det går även fint att använda valfri sötning som ersätter socker 1:1.

Ingredients

  • 240 g smör*
  • 3 dl socker*
  • 350 g Annas mjukismix
  • 4 dl mjölk*
  • 0,75 dl kakao

*Välj växtbaserade, sockerfria eller klassiska ingredienser efter behov.

Instructions

  • Vispa matfett och socker vitt och fluffigt.
  • Tillsätt övriga ingredienser och mixa ihop till en tjock och slät smet med en stavmixer.
  • Bred ut smeten i en form klädd med bakplåtspapper som är ca 25,5×35,5 cm stor.
  • Grädda mitt i ugnen på 175 grader i ca 30 minuter. Övergrädda inte, då kan kakan bli seg.
