Chokladpannkakor

Glutenfria chokladpannkakor
Lyxa till pannkakorna genom att tillsätta lite kakao i smeten! Med Annas mellismix blir pannkakorna både glutenfria, mjölkfria, äggfria och utan tillsatt socker.
Ha tålamod när du steker pannkakorna så att de håller ihop väl innan du vänder dem. De ska ha fått fin färg på undersidan och vara lite krispiga i kanten.

Ingredients

  • 350 g Annas mellismix
  • 1 l vatten
  • 1,5 dl olja eller smält smör*
  • ca. 1 dl kakao
  • ev. 2 msk socker* (för sötare version)

*Välj växtbaserade, sockerfria eller klassiska ingredienser efter behov.

Instructions

  • Vispa ihop ingredienserna till en slät smet. Låt sedan smeten svälla i 10 minuter.
  • Häll 1 dl smet i en panna på medelhög värme. (Steker du i teflonpanna behövs det inget matfett men använder du gjutjärn kan det behövas). Luta pannan åt olika håll så att smeten flyter ut ordentligt.
  • Grädda pannkakan i några minuter tills den är krispig i kanten och har fått fin färg på undersidan. Vänd pannkakan och stek en till två minuter till.
