Ingredients

  • 350 g Annas basmix
  • 2 tsk bakpulver
  • 4 dl yoghurt*
  • 0,5 tsk salt

*Välj växtbaserade, sockerfria eller klassiska ingredienser efter behov.

Instructions

  • Värm ugnen till 225 grader och sätt in en tom plåt i ugnen.
  • Blanda ihop alla ingredienser i en bunke till en kladdig deg.
  • Tryck eller kavla ut degen tunt mellan två fuktade eller inoljade bakplåtspapper. Välj om du vill göra två tunna pizzor på två plåtar eller en lite tjockare.
  • Dra över pizzan med bakplåtspappret på den varma plåten. Grädda i nedre delen av ugnen på 225 grader i ca 25 minuter.
  • Låt svalna något innan du toppar med chokladkräm, bär, kolasås och annat smarrigt.
