De här enkla glutenfria frallorna blir både luftiga, fluffiga och saftiga! De är dessutom både mjölkfria, äggfria och utan tillsatt socker.

Ingredients

  • 350 g Annas basmix
  • 1 tsk salt
  • 2,5 msk psylliumhusk
  • 15 g färsk jäst
  • 4,5 dl vatten (37 grader)
  • 1 msk olja

Instructions

  • Blanda de torra ingredienserna i en skål.
  • Rör ut jästen i en bunke med vatten och olja.
  • Tillsätt de torra ingredienserna och arbeta ihop till en deg.
  • Forma frallor med fuktade händer och lägg dem på en plåt med bakplåtspapper.
  • Låt frallorna jäsa övertäckta med plastfolie och bakduk i ca 1,5 timme. Sätt gärna in plåten i en avstängd ugn med ugnslampan tänd så blir det lagom varmt för jäsningen.
  • Grädda frallorna i nedre delen av ugnen på 250 grader i ca 25 minuter.
  • Låt frallorna svalna helt under bakduk innan du delar dem.
