Valnötter och aprikoser ger det här brödet extra mycket smak och sötma. Ett perfekt bröd när man vill ha en matig och god macka. Brödet är glutenfritt, äggfritt och även mjölkfritt/veganskt om du väljer växtbaserad yoghurt.

Ingredients

  • 350 g Annas brödmix
  • 1 dl linfrö
  • 1 dl hackade valnötter
  • 1 dl hackade torkade aprikoser
  • 2 tsk sirap*
  • 5 dl yoghurt*

*Välj växtbaserade, sockerfria eller klassiska ingredienser efter behov.

Instructions

  • Blanda de torra ingredienserna för sig och de blöta för sig.
  • Kombinera de båda blandningarna och blanda tills du har en lös deg.
  • Fördela degen i två formar klädda med bakplåtspapper. Toppa gärna med frön.
  • Grädde i nedre delen av ugnen på 175 grader i ca 55 minuter.
  • Låt bröden svalna helt på galler.
