Glutenfria glassbåtar med mörk choklad
Med Annas mellismix bakar du snabbt och enkelt mjuka våfflor som gör sig riktigt bra som bottnar till glassbåtar. Receptet är naturligt glutenfritt och mjölkfritt, om du väljer växtbaserad glass och choklad.

Ingredients

Våfflor:

  • 175 g Annas mellismix
  • 3 dl vatten
  • 0,75 dl olja
  • ev. 0,5 msk socker*

Montering:

  • Jordgubbssylt*
  • Glass*
  • Mörk choklad*

*Välj växtbaserade, sockerfria eller klassiska ingredienser efter behov.

Instructions

Våfflor:

  • Rör ihop ingredienserna till en slät smet. Låt sedan smeten svälla i 10 minuter.
  • Häll ca 1-2 msk smet i ett väl smort våffeljärn och grädda i 2 minuter så att våfflorna fortfarande är mjuka.
  • Forma våfflorna i muffinsformar som skal och ställ i frysen tills de är helt fasta.

Montering:

  • Fyll varje skal med glass och sylt. Frys på nytt medan du smälter choklad.
  • Doppa glassbåtarna i chokladen och förvara i frysen.
