Grötfrallor

Glutenfria grötfrallor på 3 ingredienser
Ta vara på överbliven risgrynsgröt och baka snabba och goda glutenfria frallor med Annas brödmix. Frallorna är naturligt glutenfria, äggfria och nötfria. Välj även växtbaserad yoghurt och gröt så blir frallorna även mjölkfria och veganska.

Ingredients

  • 4 dl yoghurt*
  • 2 dl risgrynsgröt*
  • 350 g Annas brödmix

*Välj växtbaserade eller klassiska ingredienser efter behov.

Instructions

  • Mixa yoghurt och gröt slätt. Blanda sedan i mjölmixen till en lös deg.
  • Klicka upp degen till frallor på en plåt med bakplåtspapper. Jämna till dem med en fuktad sked eller hand. Toppa eventuellt med vallmofrön.
  • Grädde i nedre delen av ugnen på 175 grader i ca 40 minuter. Känn med en provsticka, den ska vara helt torr.
  • Låt frallorna svalna helt på galler.
