Hallongrottor

Enkla syltgrottor utan gluten
De här små syltkyssarna är en riktigt mumsiga små kakor. Testa med olika sorters sylt för att variera receptet. Grottorna är glutenfria samt veganska och utan tillsatt socker om du väljer växtbaserat smör och sockerfri sötning. Som socker kan du välja valfri sötning i ströform som ersätter socker 1:1.

Ingredients

  • 350 g Annas basmix
  • 1,5 dl socker*
  • 1,5 tsk bakpulver
  • 225 g smör* (mjukt)
  • 1,25 dl hallonsylt*

*Välj växtbaserade, sockerfria eller klassiska ingredienser efter behov.

Instructions

  • Arbete ihop ingredienserna i en matberedare tills det precis går ihop till en deg. Tillsätt lite mer smör om degen är smulig.
  • Forma degen till ca 50 platta bollar. Lägg dem på en plåt med bakplåtspapper eller i små formar.
  • Gör varsamt en grop i mitten på varje boll och fyll med sylt.
  • 4 Grädda hallongrottorna i mitten av ugnen på 175 grader i ca 15-20 minuter.
  • Låt hallongrottorna svalna på plåten innan du serverar dem eller förvarar dem i en lufttät burk.
