Glutenfria kanebullegrottor
Här kommer ett enkelt recept på sprödsega grottor med kanelfyllning som är naturligt glutenfria. Välj även mjölkfritt smör och sockerfri sötning så blir de veganska och utan tillsatt socker.

Ingredients

  • 350 dl Annas basmix
  • 1 dl socker*
  • 1 tsk bakpulver
  • 200 g smör* (mjukt)

Fyllning:

  • 100 g smör* (mjukt)
  • 1 msk kanel
  • 1 dl socker*

*Välj växtbaserade, sockerfria eller klassiska ingredienser efter behov.

Instructions

  • Arbete ihop ingredienserna i en matberedare tills det precis går ihop till en deg. Tillsätt lite mer smör om degen är smulig.
  • Forma degen till ca 50 platta bollar. Lägg dem på en plåt med bakplåtspapper eller i små formar och gör en grop i mitten på varje.
  • Rör ihop ingredienserna till fyllningen och klicka ner den i hålen.
  • 4 Grädda kakorna i mitten av ugnen på 175 grader i ca 15-20 minuter.
  • Låt grottorna svalna på plåten innan du serverar dem eller förvarar dem i en lufttät burk.
