Klassiska pannkakor

Glutenfria klassiska pannkakor
De här enkla pannkakorna är naturligt glutenfria tack vare Annas mellismix. Det blir ca 15-20 pannkakor på en sats.

Ingredients

  • 350 g Annas mellismix
  • 6 ägg eller 2,75 dl äppelmos*
  • 11,5 dl vatten

*Välj äggersättning, äppelmos eller vanliga ägg efter behov.

Instructions

  • Vispa samman alla ingredienser i en skål till en slät smet. Låt gärna smeten vila en stund.
  • Grädda pannkakorna i en stekpanna på medelhög värme. Luta pannan åt olika håll så att smeten flyter ut något. Använder du en teflonpanna behövs inget matfett men i gjutjärn kan det behövas.
  • Grädda tills pannkakan börjar få en torr yta och fin färg på undersidan. Ha tålamod! Vänd sedan pannkakan och stek någon minut till.
