De här enkla frallorna blir krispiga på utsidan och både luftiga, fluffiga och saftiga på insidan. Receptet är både glutenfritt, mjölkfritt, äggfritt och utan tillsatt socker.

Ingredients

  • 350 g Annas basmix
  • 2,5 tsk psylliumhusk
  • 1 tsk salt
  • 40 g jäst
  • 3,5 dl vatten (37 grader)
  • 2,5 msk rapsolja

Instructions

  • Blanda de torra ingredienserna i en skål.
  • Rör ut jästen i en bunke med vattnet och oljan.
  • Tillsätt de torra ingredienserna och knåda degen med degkrokar i minst 5 minuter.
  • Använd två skedar eller fuktade händer och klicka ut degen till frallor på en plåt med bakplåtspapper.
  • Låt frallorna jäsa övertäckta med plastfolie och bakduk i 30-40 minuter.
  • Grädda i nedre delen av ugnen på 225 grader i ca 25 minuter.
  • Låt svalna helt på galler under bakduk.
