Den här enkla musslorna gör du på endast 3 ingredienser. De är dessutom både glutenfria, mandelfria, nötfria och mjölkfria (om du väljer växtbaserat smör). Vill du även göra dem sockerfria väljer du sötning som ersätter florsocker 1:1.

Ingredients

  • 350 g Annas basmix
  • 1,75 dl florsocker*
  • 225 g smör*

*Välj växtbaserade, sockerfria eller klassiska ingredienser efter behov.

Instructions

  • Arbeta ihop ingredienserna i en matberedare tills de precis går ihop till en deg. Plasta in degen och låt den vila svalt i ca 30-60 minuter.
  • Kavla ut degen mellan två bakplåtspapper och stansa ut cirklar. Tryck ut cirklarna i smorda formar, gärna av silikon.
  • Ställ kakorna i kylen i 30 minuter.
  • Grädda mitt i ugnen på 150 grader i ca 20-30 minuter, eller till fin färg. Låt svalna på galler och lossna dem sedan försiktigt.
  • Sjönk degen ihop en aning eller bubblade den upp under gräddningen? Tryck i så fall ut degen på nytt när du tar ut kakorna från ugnen. När kakorna sedan svalnar blir de hårda.
