Knäckiga hallonpaj

Glutenfri hallonpaj med knäckigt täcke
Den här enkla knäckiga pajen är naturligt glutenfri tack vare Annas basmix. Välj även mjölkfritt smör och sockerfri sirap samt sötning så passar den de allra flesta.

Ingredients

Fyllning:

  • 6 g Annas basmix (ca 2 tsk)
  • 500 g hallon (färska eller frysta)

Knäckig smuldeg:

  • 120 g Annas basmix (2 dl)
  • 3 dl glutenfria havregryn
  • 1,5 dl kokossocker*
  • 1 tsk bakpulver
  • 2 krm salt
  • 200 g smör*
  • 0,5 dl agavesirap*

*Välj växtbaserade, sockerfria eller klassiska ingredienser efter behov.

Instructions

Fyllning:

  • Blanda ingredienserna till fyllningen och fördela i en pajform eller 10 portionsformar.

Knäckig smuldeg:

  • Blanda Annas basmix, havregryn, socker, bakpulver och salt i en bunke.
  • Smält smör och sirap och häll ner det bland de torra ingredienserna. Rör ihop till en jämn smet.
  • Fördela smeten jämnt över bären i formen/formarna.
  • Grädda mitt i ugnen på 175 grader i ca 20 minuter, eller till fin färg.
  • Serveras ljummen eller helt sval. Gärna med vaniljsås, grädde eller glass till.
