Glutenfria morotsmuffins
Saftiga morotsmuffins på 30 minuter är en riktig räddare till fikat! Muffinsen är glutenfria samt veganska och utan tillsatt socker om du även väljer växtbaserade och sockerfria ingredienser.

Ingredients

  • 75 g smör*
  • 1 dl socker*
  • 1,25 dl mjölk*
  • 110 g Annas mjukismix
  • 1 msk kanel
  • 50 g morötter finrivna

*Välj växtbaserade, sockerfria eller klassiska ingredienser efter behov.

Instructions

  • Vispa matfett och socker vitt och fluffigt.
  • Tillsätt övriga ingredienser (utom morötterna) och blanda med en stavmixer. Rör sedan i de rivna morötterna.
  • Fördela smeten i muffinsformar.
  • Grädda mitt i ugnen på 175 grader i ca 25 minuter, känn med en sticka.
  • Låt muffinsen svalna på galler.
