Ingredients

  • 350 g Annas basmix
  • 440 g smör*
  • 6 msk vatten (kallt)

*Välj växtbaserat smör eller klassiskt efter behov.

Instructions

  • Finfördela matfettet i mjölmixen, tillsätt vatten och blanda ihop hastigt. Låt degen vila i kylen i minst 1 timme.
  • Tryck ut degen i tre smorda formar eller en långpanna.
  • Förgrädda skalet på 200 grader i ca 10-20 minuter (beroende på tjocklek och storlek) innan du häller i valfri fyllning och gräddar på nytt.
