De här glutenfria minipannkakorna passar perfekt som lyxig frukost tillsammans med valfri yoghurt, bär och andra goda tillbehör. Välj växtbaserat yoghurt i receptet för vegansk version.

Ingredients

  • 350 g Annas mellismix
  • 0,75 dl olja
  • 3 dl yoghurt*
  • 1,5 dl socker*
  • smör* (till stekning)

*Välj växtbaserade, sockerfria eller klassiska ingredienser efter behov.

Instructions

  • Rör samman ingredienserna till en slät och riktigt tjock smet.
  • Klicka upp och platta ut smeten till riktigt små puckar/flingor i en stekpanna på medelvärme. Använder du en teflonpanna behövs inget matfett men i gjutjärn kan det behövas.
  • Grädda i några minuter tills puckarna/flingorna har fått fin färg på undersidan. Vänd dem sedan om och stek några minuter till.
  • Servera med exempelvis yoghurt och bär.
