Ingredients

  • 350 g Annas mellismix
  • 0,75 dl olja
  • 3 dl yoghurt*
  • 1,5 dl socker*
  • smör* (till stekning)

Servering

  • Grädde*
  • Bär
  • Sylt*

*Välj växtbaserade, sockerfria eller klassiska ingredienser efter behov.

Instructions

  • Rör samman ingredienserna till en slät och riktigt tjock smet.
  • Klicka upp och platta ut smeten till små puckar i en stekpanna på medelvärme. Använder du en teflonpanna behövs inget matfett men i gjutjärn kan det behövas.
  • Grädda i några minuter tills puckarna har fått fin färg på undersidan. Vänd dem sedan om och stek några minuter till.
  • Varva plättarna i glas med exempelvis grädde och bär.
