Ingredients

  • 120 g smör*
  • 6 msk sirap*
  • 8 msk socker*
  • 2 msk pepparkakskrydda
  • 1 tsk bikarbonat
  • 6 msk vatten (hett)
  • 350 g Annas basmix
  • Glutenfritt mjöl (till utbakning)

*Välj växtbaserade, sockerfria eller klassiska ingredienser efter behov.

Instructions

  • Smält samman matfett, sirap, socker och kryddor i en kastrull.
  • Häll sedan upp blandningen i en skål och rör i 10 minuter.
  • Rör ut bikarbonaten i det heta vattnet och rör sedan ner även det i smeten. Blanda tillsist i basmixen.
  • Låt degen stå svalt ett dygn.
  • Kavla ut och grädda pepparkakorna ca 5-7 minuter på 225 grader.
