Ingredients

  • 1,25 kg kokt fast potatis
  • 50 g Annas mellismix
  • 2 dl vatten
  • Salt
  • Peppar

Instructions

  • Mosa den kokta potatisen i en skål.
  • Vispa samman mjölmixen med vatten till en slät smet. Blanda smeten med den mosade potatisen och smaka av med kryddor.
  • Stek ca 30 potatisbullar av smeten i en stekpanna med matfett i 5–6 minuter.
