Ingredients

Smuldeg:

  • 175 g Annas basmix
  • 2 msk socker*
  • 100 g smör*

Fyllning:

  • ca. 5 dl rabarberbitar
  • 0,5 dl socker*
  • 1,5 msk potatismjöl

*Välj växtbaserade, sockerfria eller klassiska ingredienser efter behov.

Instructions

Smuldeg:

  • Arbeta ihop ingredienserna till smuldegen i en matberedare eller för hand.

Fyllning:

  • Blanda rabarberbitar med socker och potatismjöl.
  • Fördela fyllningen i en ugnsfast form, eller flera små portionsformar.
  • Smula degen över.
  • Grädda i mitten av ugnen på 225 grader i ca 20 minuter. Gör du portionspajer som på bilden blir tiden ca 10 minuter.
