Saffransmazariner

Juliga mazariner med saffran
Mazariner är en riktigt festlig kaka till jul som du nu enkelt kan göra glutenfri med Annas basmix. Receptet är både glutenfritt samt mjölkfritt och utan tillsatt socker om du väljer växtbaserade och sockerfria ingredienser. Som florsocker brukar jag använda sukrin melis.

Ingredients

Mördeg:

  • 250 g Annas basmix
  • 1,25 dl florsocker*
  • 160 g smör*

Fyllning:

  • 325 g mandelmassa*
  • 2 1/3 dl grädde*
  • 0,75 tsk bakpulver
  • 50 g Annas basmix
  • 1 kuvert saffran

Glasyr och garnering:

  • flagad mandel

*Välj växtbaserade, sockerfria eller klassiska ingredienser efter behov.

Instructions

Mördeg:

  • Arbeta ihop ingredienserna i en matberedare tills de precis går samman till en deg. Låt degen vila svalt inplastad i ca 30 minuter.
  • Kavla ut degen mellan plastfolie och stansa ut cirklar som passar i dina formar, degen ska gå upp på kanterna inuti formen. Låt stå i kylen medan du gör fyllningen.

Fyllning:

  • Blanda ingredienser till fyllningen tills du har en klumpfri massa.
  • Fyll formarna med fyllningen.
  • Grädda i nedre delen av ugnen på 150 grader i 20-30 minuter. Låt svalna.

Garnering:

  • Toppa med rostad flagad mandel.
