Ingredients

  • 350 g Annas basmix
  • 2 tsk bakpulver
  • 6 msk olja
  • 12 dl vatten
  • 2 msk socker*
  • 1 tsk salt
  • 1 nypa saffran

*Välj växtbaserade, sockerfria eller klassiska ingredienser efter behov.

Instructions

  • Mät upp alla ingredienser i en skål och mixa till en slät smet. Låt gärna smeten vila en stund.
  • Grädda pannkakorna i en stekpanna på medelhög värme. Luta pannan åt olika håll så att smeten flyter ut ordentligt. Använder du en teflonpanna behövs inget matfett men i gjutjärn kan det behövas.
  • Grädda tills pannkakan är lite krispiga i kanterna och har fått fin färg på undersidan. Ha tålamod! Vänd sedan pannkakan och stek någon minut till.
