Ingredients

  • 350 g Annas mellismix
  • 70 g smör*
  • 2,5 dl vatten

*Välj växtbaserade, sockerfria eller klassiska ingredienser efter behov.

Instructions

  • Finfördela smöret i mellismixen.
  • Tillsätt lite vatten i taget och rör ihop tills du får en kladdig deg.
  • Forma degen till bollar med fuktade händer. Lägg dem på en plåt med bakplåtspapper och platta till dem något.
  • Grädda mitt i ugnen på 250 grader i ca 10 minuter, eller tills de har fått fin färg.
