Tortillabröd

Nu är det enklare än någonsin att göra egna glutenfria tortillabröd som även är äggfria, mjölkfria och utan onödiga tillsatser. Tack vare Annas brödmix bakar du de här enkla bröden på bara 2 ingredienser.

Ingredients

  • 350 g Annas brödmix
  • 560 g vatten

Instructions

  • Blanda mjölmix och vatten till en jämn smet. Låt svälla i 15 minuter.
  • Klicka upp knappt 1 dl smet i en varm non-stick panna. Bred ut smeten så du får ett tunt tortillabröd som är ca 20 cm i diameter. Stek brödet på medelhög värme på båda sidor tills det har fått fin färg.
  • Upprepa med all smet.
  • Lägg de färdiga bröden efterhand ovanpå varandra på en tallrik och täck genast med bakduk så att de inte blir torra.
